Purpose: Asses potential for pharmacokinetic interaction between lithium and lamotrigine.
Study design: Double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover trial.
Follow up: Not applicable.
Patients: 20 normal voluneers .
Treatment: Lamotrigine 100 mg/day and lithium 4 g/day.
Results: There was no evidence for a pharmacokinetic interaction between lithium and lamotrigine.
