Treatment: Lithium 2g every 12 hours with or without lamotrigine 100 mg once daily. Results: Lamotrigine did not cause a significant change in the pharmacokinetics of lithium. Key pharmacokinetic parameters for lithium varied by 10% or less with and without combination lamotrigine treatment.
